Also, the cinematography and music were impressive
His acting was top notch and his portrayal of Dahmer, from his clothes to his expressions, was perfect, perfect down to the last detail. And besides him, the acting of the other cast members (his father, mother, grandmother, Glenda Cleveland and the victims) was also great. The script and writing were also decent, especially since they didn’t take too many creative liberties and thus, the story felt close to the real events.
But overall it’s a must-watch
The only thing I found a bit disappointing was the length. The pacing was a bit slow, especially in the last episodes, and I think the series could have easily been split into 8 episodes instead of 10. Especially for those who are interested in the thriller genre.
And that’s what makes it a bit unique and interesting to watch
This is a realistic look at one of the most notorious serial killers in our history, where they didn’t romanticize him and in fact, set those who were inclined to do so free.
